However, so that you can not complain about it in the comments below, I activate the spell card; You Have Been Warned! Which means that if you do complain about it that your complaining is only valid if I give too little spoilers! Now, get your read on, for it is time to r-r-r-r-r-rr-read!
The plot; Kaiba wants to bing back Pharaoh Atem. He wishes to do this by tracing the pieces of the millennium puzzle and reconstructing it. He also duels a holographic Pharaoh to prepare him for when the real duel would happen. Which he beats with new Blue Eyes White Dragons but remains unsatisfied by this. He also is given a bottle and tells this to his subordinates and crushed it. He then tells them to fire the one who made that bottle.
Meanwhile back in Domino High, Tea (Anzu in the sub & manga) has found out that she's been accepted into an American dance school. They talk about what they're going to do and they decide, when Yugi reveals that he wants to end up becoming a game designer Ryo Bakura (Yes he is in this one fangirls) preposes that one day they'll reunite to play it. So they all agree.
When they go into class they see a mysterious class mate Aigami, who, after class finds him being bullied by a gang. Then Joey, Tea and Yugi intervene and stop it. They tell him to meet them in a building under construction that night. So after after that they make sure that Aigami's alright he reveals that he knows their names. Then later that night he shows up to meet the gang who have chains and other weapons, but Aigami quickly deals with them.
The next day Mokuba joins the Kaiba Corporation men that Kaiba has to find the puzzle and on that day he finds the pieces. When Kaiba gets word of this he sets off from Egypt to get it and tells everyone to set up a tournament before he leaves on his dragon jet. To get it.
Meanwhile in Domino City, while working as a dog mascot, Joey and his friends, who are eating ice-cream talking, but then Kaiba reveals a new duel disk. (Which you have got to see!) Which then causes him to want to buy it. They then move onto a news panel showing that the gang that was picking on Aigami, had gone missing!
Then as a balloon rises it reveals that Aigami is on the next floors up, which is joined by his sister, Sara who is worried about him. Which he then reveals that he has set his eyes on his next victim, who, he believes, killed their mentor, Shin, which is Bakora! Then they find out that the millennium puzzle has been found, which means that the Pharaoh could return, but if that happens then that would mean that they would loose their powers, so he disappears.
Meanwhile in Egypt, Kaiba arrives, by jumping out of his dragon jet and remotely parking it. He is about to load it up but he looks in his pocket and finds out that there is someone there. He then tell Aigami to introduce himself and reveals that his true name is Diva! Then Diva gets a gun pushed into his back and sends the man carrying the gun to the same dimension as he sent the gang to. He tries to do the same to Kaiba but is stopped because he's Kaiba. So they duel instead, but the rules are different because it is a dimension duel Diva gets the upper hand and is about to finish him off but somehow Kaiba is able to call Obelisk The Tormentor and is about to use it to finish Diva off until Mokuba sets off with the pieces of the puzzle. So Diva runs after him and is able to steal two pieces of the puzzle and Kaiba flies off.
He reappears at the graduation rehearsal where his sister reminds him about what would happen to their powers if the Pharaoh returns through the vessel, which he reveals that he plans on destroying the vessel, at this Sera tells him that he is going too far and that he has to stop but he doesn't listen and gives her one of the pieces that he stole.
So he then forges a friendship with them to get close to them. They then agree to get their decks and duel later. So they all split up. Later Joey, Ryo and Diva walk to where they were supposed to meet but when Ryo asks about his cube and this leads him to comment on the fact that he lived in Egypt for a time, Diva pushes him to tell him more about it.
Meanwhile, Sara gives Yugi her stolen piece and pleas with him to help her brother when she leaves Tristan (Honda in the sub & manga) shows up telling Yugi that the others had not arrived.
Meanwhile Ryo is holding his head and not feeling very well not wanting to visit a memory as Joey tells Diva off. He then pulls him into a world made of his own memories. That will disappear when he looses all of his memories! (And he will too...)
Then Ryo finds himself telling Diva about his memory and then Diva tells him that he killed his master Shin, Shadi Shin, but as he cries, he explains that it was not him nor his fault, and that he was under the control of the evil spirit of the ring. That is when one of Diva's friends shows up and attacks Ryo then reveals that he has the millennium ring! But then he resists the evil and they are then pulled into another dimension.
After looking until night, Joey somehow gets saved by the memory of the Pharaoh and appears where Yugi and his friends are. Later Diva gets captured by Kaiba then taken away after he found out that he stole two pieces of the puzzle in his base in space. He then goes to Yugi and tells him to come to a tournament where he will bring back the Pharaoh and tells him to bring his piece with him.
The next day he arrives with his friends in the crowd. Then Kaiba tells the audience that he has the millennium puzzle and that Yugi and Diva have the only two pieces that is missing. Then tells them that he is to duel but of them but Yugi interrupts and his speech (which will make you understand why he is looked up to in the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe) and tells him that he will be duelling Diva and tells him that because a friend is in danger he will do whatever it took to save him so Kaiba lets them duel first. They duel, Yugi wins, Ryo comes back and Yugi gets the other piece.
Then Kaiba and Yugi duels, and Yugi puts all the pieces back together during their duel only to reveal that the Pharaoh is gone and that he is not coming back. Then Diva finds the ring and the ring possesses him then interrupts Kaiba and Yugi's duel. They then team up to defeat the ring possessed Diva which leads to Kaiba sacrificing himself to get the puzzle to Yugi and when Yugi is about to disappear he somehow is able to bring back the Pharaoh who defeats the ring possessed Diva and returns to the afterlife with the puzzle.
Finally this leads Kaiba to return and everything goes back to normal, Tea goes on a plane to America and they all say goodbye. Then Kaiba, with the cube is able to go into the afterlife and is about to duel the Pharaoh but that is where it ends.

New characters (Only because you already know about the old ones!XD);

1; Aigami/Diva
Diva basically looks like a tanned golden eyed version of Yusai, just with out his gold streaks. He has a purple long sleeved top that goes up to part way his neck, under a long sleeveless coat which is bluey-green. His trousers are cream and he has brown boots out side his Domino High school uniform.
He cares for his sister and all of the other children that he grew up with, however he is motivated by vengeance and wishes to rid the world of evil people by sending them to another dimension using the Millennium Cube.
He made a good villain for this movie and, in my opinion the best thought out of all of the YGO movie villains and the guy who voices him is amazing and his voice really suites his face.
2; Sera
Sera is tanned and had brunette hair and brown eyes. She wears a long reddy-pink dress two bracelets on her wrists and purple shoes.
She cares for her brother and is always concerned for him. She even is willing to go against his wishes if it means that she can save him.
She was a good contribution to the plot, and just as equally well thought out. Although I know that others have pointed out that her voice was far too old for her I do have to admit that I agree with them.
3; Mani
Mani is black with brunette hair that curls upwards brown eyes. He wears a pail blue robe with a darker blue layer on top tied on his shoulder. He has white trousers and pail brown shoes.
He is stern and is also concerned about Diva and the way that he is going, but when he gets possessed by the ring, he ends up showing his darker side and tries to kill Ryo Bakura but then dies to stop himself from doing evil.
He was thought out well, and his voice suited him, however I must admit that we he did not get as much screen time nor attention as Sera did.

Finally my thoughts;
Well this it, in my opinion (may not be yours but if not type in the comments yours), this is Yu-Gi-Oh!'s strongest movie yet! I thought that the animation and the art was amazing! I loved the antagonist and the new monsters. I loved the fact that Yugi showed Kaiba that he had guts, I loved Kaiba's arc and his sarcastic humour. I even loved his speech and his interactions with other characters and his workforce. I can actually see why people in the Yu-Gi-Oh universe look up to him so much. I even love Diva's moment with Bakura, which I think could show that he's not yet got over what Zork put him through...I even love the rings involvement as a plot device. I love the latest edition to the millennium items the Quantum Cube.
However, I do find it interesting that Mr Takahashi left some loose ends untied, which leads me to believe that there might be a sequel to this move...Anyway, if there is, then all I can say it called it!
Now I have just two things to say, the first, I have to thank Mr Takahashi for giving us this movie and for that I have to say he did an amazing job, and the second, thank you 4 K Entertainment for not censoring any part of this, and thank you for recognising that this was intended for the original fans. (So how about season zero next? ;)) And thank you for reading this too my God blessed B.A.C.C.M.M.Laters! See you in two weeks where I return to the next instalment to Why A Jelsa Movie Is A Better Idea Than You Think...unless you're also my God blessed Yami Shorter then see you next week with the next instalment of my Weather Incarnates. So have a God blessed week!
